Orders

Our breads and treats are baked in limited batches, so items, quantities and pickup or delivery dates are subject to availability. An order is accepted once you receive our order confirmation. If we can’t fill your order for any reason, we’ll let you know and refund what you paid for anything we couldn’t provide.

Cottage food

Le Partage Sourdough is a cottage food operation under Florida law (section 500.80, Florida Statutes). Our products are made in a home kitchen that doesn’t hold a state food permit and isn’t routinely inspected, and each one carries the statement “Made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida's food safety regulations.” Under that law we sell directly to customers only, never wholesale or on consignment. Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout, including any delivery fee and applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Square when you place your order.

Pickup and delivery

Please collect pickup orders at the location and on the date you chose. For delivery, please make sure the address you give is correct and that someone can receive the order. If we can’t complete a delivery, we’ll contact you: we may switch the order to pickup and refund the delivery fee, or cancel it and refund what you paid. See Pickup & Delivery for details.

Changes and cancellations

Because we bake to order, please contact us as soon as possible at lepartagesourdough@gmail.com if you need to change or cancel an order. Once baking has started, we may not be able to change or refund it.

Allergens

Our products are made in a home kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, seeds and other common allergens. We can’t guarantee any item is free of allergens. If you have a food allergy, please contact us before ordering.

Rewards and discounts

Our rewards programs (Crumbs and the stamp passport) and any referral or promotional discounts are offered at our discretion. Crumbs, stamps and rewards have no cash value, can’t be transferred or sold, and only apply to orders placed with the account that earned them. We may change how they’re earned or redeemed, or end a program, at any time; we’ll post notice on this site before a change takes effect. Discounts apply to the items in an order, not the delivery fee, and an order gets one discount: if more than one applies, we use whichever saves you more.

Text message terms

Le Partage Sourdough order updates. If you check the box at checkout to receive order updates by text, we’ll send status updates about that order to the mobile number you gave — for example, when it’s confirmed, being baked, ready for pickup or out for delivery.

Le Partage Sourdough news and offers. If you check the box on our newsletter signup to get texts, we’ll text the mobile number you gave a link to confirm it. Once you’ve used it, we’ll send recurring marketing texts about new bakes, drops and offers.

• Message frequency varies: about 3–6 messages per order for order updates; news and offers vary.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You’ll get one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and no more texts after that.

• Consent to receive texts isn’t a condition of purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
